The two plastic arms on the side, two bearing holders, and the six curved arms are all printed. There's a 3/8" threaded rod holding it together, and some smaller 1/4-20 nuts securing the arms to the bearing holders and to each other. It's not actually a great design, it's already partially broken after being pulled too tightly after the filament tangled and pulled taught.
